Announcing our next integration partner: Cliniko!

At Theratrak, we’re on a mission to make therapy programs more accessible to people and kids with disabilities.

We partner with organisations who are on a similar mission to us and are committed to streamlining admin tasks for allied health professionals so they can focus on what they do best during therapy sessions.

Our next integration allows clinicians to save more time by creating home therapy programs during sessions while preparing case notes as they go.

Announcing our next integration partner:

Cliniko 👥

We’re so proud to partner with Cliniko as we share many of the same values.

Cliniko is a complete practice management application used by thousands of healthcare practitioners in more than 95 countries worldwide. Founded in 2011, the application has been used by over 5,000 clinics and 48,000 people.

The application allows therapists to manage schedules, treatment notes, invoices, payments and lots more. It works great for solo practitioners, large teams and anything in between.

Cliniko is a 100% founder owned business based in Australia with a big focus on giving back. Cliniko donates 2% of all subscriptions to charity and has donated over $1 million so far since 2011.

Save time on note writing from your sessions

Theratrak has partnered with Cliniko to help save you time on your documentation requirements.

Once clincians connect their Theratrak and Cliniko accounts, they can quickly and easily add participants from Cliniko into their Theratrak account.

The integration will automatically save all of the notes from therapy program as a draft casenote as soon as it’s sent to participants. The draft notes will be ready for clinicans to add further observations or any other key clinical information to case notes after sessions.

Theratrak was designed by therapists and participants to work in real-world situations.

We offer free full team training to help everyone get onboarded and see the benefits of asynchronous care. Get in touch to book a session.
